Gorenc offers other metal processing services, such as:

Manual MIG/MAG and TIG welding

Manual welding is used to weld steel and stainless steel. Manual welding is the most useful and simplest process for both simple and highly complex welding

Point welding

The point welding of materials is a form of resistance welding, where a point of the material is heated to its melting point and then compressed. Point welding is used for thinner sheet material. Preparation (i.e. the creation of templates) is required when welding wire.

Deburring and sanding of materials

To make your products look better, we may deburr and sand them using a Gecam G-6 machine for pieces up 650 mm in width and 170 mm in height.

Classic punching

Classic punching on eccentric presses is appropriate for large series production.

Circular sheet metal bending

We use a IMCAR HT 13/106 automatic sheet metal bending machine to bend sheet metal of thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 5 mm and bending lengths of 1,000 mm to 2,000 mm.

Insert imprints, thread cutting and hole sinking

We cut threads, sink holes, insert imprints, etc.

Grinding automations

We provide services using classic grinding automatons.

Surface protection and assembly

For sufficient quantities, we organise surface protection (galvanizing, chroming, lacquering, dust colouring, etc.) and perform the final assembly of elements.

Gorenc has numerous other technologies at its disposal that are not available in the service programme, including pipe bending using Thorne machines, deep draw, sinking erosion, tooling, etc.
